As a legal practitioner and Bar Councils Act 1973 section 27 (c), the High Court Nature's approval as a lawyer of the High Court must be obtained from the High Court and not from any individual Judge of the Court mentioned. Or otherwise not. From any judge who performs the duties of an administrative judge order, it is always the High Court that is not served by a judge whose role differs from that of a High Court although, due to the division of the work, the High Court Judge Duty has been assigned to act as a High Court for the purpose of Section 27 (c), Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act 1973, such person does not act as a person.
