Section 3 (1) Crimes of Adultery (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), Section 5/6/13/14/19 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 109 of the Criminal Procedure Code (V of 1898), Section 491 Precautionary detention was detained because she was operating in her home in the house under the relevant provisions of the Zina (Enforcement of Religion) Ordinance, 1979, which has so far been registered. Neither the said activities of the charge nor the registration of the said case against them can constitute a legitimate basis for its detention under section 3 of the West Pakistan Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance, 1960, consequently, to the District Magistrate. Inappropriate order approved by has been isolated. And the prison was ordered set at liberty. Habitat Corps' request was accepted accordingly
