The decision was in accordance with the principle of consistency. Not to mention that there was no misunderstanding or substance to be considered before the service tribunal's decision, otherwise it was a reasonable order that a permanent injunction not to allow interference by the Supreme Court under Article 1212 (3) of the Constitution The appeal was denied.
