AIRPORT SUPPORT SERVICES versus AIRPORT MANAGER, QUAID-E-AZAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, KARACHI
Land and Buildings of the Central Government (Recovery of Occupation) Ordinance 1965 [Under Central Government Land and Buildings (Restoration of Restoration) (Amendment Ordinance (X of 1984)), Section 3 of Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority Ordinance (XXX of 1982), Section 11 ()) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3) and 199 authorities confiscated any public property license for breach of contract according to which the License High Court had in its jurisdiction under Article 199 of the Constitution. Relief was denied. The licensees had the idea that before the Supreme Court, the licensees had the view that the constitutional application under Article 199 of the Constitution was based on the licenses, based on the fact that the contractual obligations and arbitration clause in the contract were also in the way of the license. This question did not apply to the obligations of the contract but violated the mandatory provisions of the advance notice, as contemplated in section 3, appeals to the Central Government's Land and Buildings (Recovery) Ordinance, 1965 licensees. The leave was approved so that it could consider the dispute
