Land and Buildings of the Central Government (Recovery of Occupation) Ordinance 1965 [Under Central Government Land and Buildings (Restoration of Restoration) (Amendment Ordinance (X of 1984)), Section 3 of Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority Ordinance (XXX of 1982), Section 11 ()) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3) and 199 authorities confiscated any public property license for breach of contract according to which the License High Court had in its jurisdiction under Article 199 of the Constitution.
