R 2 (5) (vii) An employee of Wapda was found guilty of negligence and dismissed by the Service Tribunal, finding that the employee's action was not intentional, therefore, it was not a crime. And ordered the reinstatement of the service in which the applicant was granted leave to consider the position that the employee was not charged with any crime. The charge against the employee was negligent in the discharge of his duties and that he was dealt with under the authority's rules and regulations. And that the service tribunal did not consider the matter according to the law and considered the department's proceedings as a criminal case for the relief petition, which was banned for four days. Permission was granted on request
