Since there was no consistency in the defense application in this regard, the evidence of the abductor was very clear, who was held and watched by the abductors / accused and there was no reason to implicate the abductor. The interim examination was a test and it was a reliable witness and so were the other four witnesses. Has been properly convicted by the trial court.
