NASIR ABBAS versus GOVERNMENT OF SINDH
Sindh has been elected to the Managing Committee of Applicants of the Operative Housing Authority Ordinance 1982, Article 6 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Jaffar Plane Cooperative Housing Society Supplementary Rules, By-Law 46 Constitutional Petitioners, who appointed Jafar Hafar as Jafar Hauer. Claimed. The Society said that in accordance with the provisions of By-Law 46 (A) of the Jaffar Plane Cooperative Housing Society bylaws, only one-third of the members of the Committee were to be elected, but instead, Official Assignee had applied to it. Done. When the entire society was selected and the Government Esqueni submitted the nominees of the respondents when such respondents were not tolerated in the list of members on which, under the order of consent, the official was removed from the society. Had gone, the applicant's convictions had to be abolished. Without restitution in section 6 or otherwise of the Sindh Cooperative Housing Authority Ordinance, 1982, there is scarcely a silence on both the request for consent and the consent decree to restrict the members of such election committee to retire only. Whether the election will be limited to the members of the committee only, and there was no special or rehabilitation of the administration, the concept of By-Law 46 (A) of Jaffar Housing Society, provided continuity in the management of a cooperative society. To be calculated and to be used in a beneficial manner where management against N charges were imposed and consequently, it was rejected. There can hardly be any warrant to allow the continuation of the Rehabilitation Committee, unless there is a warrant
