The mother, who was in the custody of the minor, also resides in the jurisdiction of the aforesaid Family Court and refuses to hand over the custody of the minor. The territorial jurisdiction of the Family Court in which the petition for juvenile detention is pending, in connection with the object of territorial jurisdiction of the Family Court, the petition of the minor's mother was rightly dismissed.
