They had stayed longer and their cases had not yet proceeded, and there was no immediate possibility that the accused could not be covered in the courts because of the non-compliance of section 497 prohibition clause. Due to the works which will soon end the cases against them, approval of CC bail should be considered as principle and rejection. The one exception was the individuals, under the circumstances, entitled to be released on bail
