West Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority Rules 1978 R 2 (5) (vii) Employee of WAPDA was found guilty of negligence and on appeal he was dismissed from the service tribunal after it was observed that his action was deliberate. Was not committed, therefore, it was not a crime and ordered a reappointment in his service. The appeal petition was approved so that the applicant's position could be considered considering that the employee was not charged with a crime. The charge against the employee was negligent in the discharge of his duties and that he was dealt with under the authority's rules and regulations. And that the service tribunal did not consider the matter in accordance with law and declared the departmental proceedings a criminal case for relief and the appeal was banned for four days, it was condoned Permission was granted on request
