The constitution was in the original jurisdiction of the Articles of Pakistan 1973 Arts 165 and 184 (1) Sales Tax Supreme Court that the government is not obliged to pay the sales tax to the Federal Government of the Punjab Forest Department, according to the cause notice issued under it. The Deputy Collector of Customs and Central Excise Government of Pakistan, because the articles under consideration belong to the Provincial Government whose property was exempted from all kinds of tax under Article 165 of the Constitution that the Government raised in the action under Punjab. Therefore, the Federal Government, under Article 184 (1) of the Constitution, has only the Supreme Court to decide the matter. The option is, therefore, need to ponder.
