MUHAMMAD SHAFI GUJAR versus SUPERINTENDING ENGINEER
An employee of the West Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority Act 1958 section 17B of the Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Water and Power Development Authority was presented with a showcase notice regarding the allegations leveled against him.
