Required for use by any male child. That he or his said child was not occupying any other building or rented land in the same urban area, which was then suitable for his needs. And that he did not vacate such a building without any purpose, before the landlord could be entitled to evict the tenant, all such circumstances would exist, without the benefit of another tenant. The landlord wanted to cancel the landlord on a personal basis. For any other tenant, he was not entitled to the withdrawal. The courts did not frame the cases arising from the petitions. The evidence on record was not properly appreciated, and the case was remanded to the hirer for fresh settlement of the cases arising out of the trial and the opportunity given.
