Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 204 The contempt of court was alleged that the accused disobeyed / violated the order of the Supreme Court which was passed by the Supreme Court on an appeal which was made by the interim order entered in the civil suit which was then passed by the trial court. The front was pending. Such order of the Supreme Court was to remain operative only until the adjudication of the pending case and final execution order of the trial which has already been approved in this case, the rights of the parties were to be governed by it. And under Supreme Court orders not available for contempt of court petitions against the accused, the proceedings were terminated
