FARHANA ZAR versus NAJEEB ASHRAF
Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Arts 199 and 185 (3) Guardians and Wards Act (VIII of 1890), Article 25 of Article 199 of the Constitution to appeal the possibility of minor conclusions by the two courts below the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court. Permission was granted to consider the contention that the two courts below (if in exclusive jurisdiction) record the evidence of the parties and properly apprehended the law of detaining minors, shows a plethora of facts. So, it was not open to the High Court to interfere with the outcome of such coordination. Exercising authority and forming its opinion as if it were hearing an appeal against the orders under the courts.
