SADIQ versus THE STATE
Sections 497, 498, 498A, 499 and 502 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), section 379/342/452/324/148/149 filed against bail bond submission. He was granted bail in the case, because he was involved in a murder case and was behind the bar when he was granted bail in the earlier case, he could not submit his bail. When he too was excluded from bail in this murder case, he applied for a bail bond, but not only his application was dismissed, but he was given a notice to explain the reason. The reason why their bail should not be returned was because of the failure to submit bail bonds by the accused at the time they were involved in the serious crime of murder where they were not granted bail at the time of bail. His bail was earlier reviewed by the High Court in the previous case and the court order was given below and directed the accused to submit their bail within a specified period of time.
