SAWAR KHAN versus PROVINCE OF SINDH, REVENUE DEPARTMENT
The cancellation of the allotment by the Revenue Officer was challenged in the case of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), OVII, R 11, Section 9 claimant's dismissal. The case was set up without treatment. Although the court rejected the plaintiff and had to look at the plaintiff himself, there were still other remedies available to the plaintiff in the case of appeal / review and he did not take advantage of these remedies nor did he mention this in his case. Was that they had filed an appeal against the cancellation of the grant. The case filed against section 11, the land required under the Sindh Revenue Georgia Act, 1876, was ineligible and it was rightly rejected by the court against which the court could not take any exception.
