Newspaper Employees (Terms of Service) Act 1973 Section 4, 17, 18 and 19 Contract Act (IX of 1872), Section 2 (h) Industrial Relations Ordinance (XXIII of 1969), Section 25A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1993 According to the constitutional petition of the employees, the terms of service of such employees were enforced under the provisions of the Newspaper Employees (Terms of Service) Act, 1973, in case of termination of employment May request labor court jurisdiction for settlement. Not permitted under the D Newspaper Employee (Terms of Service) Act, 1973, cannot be interfered with by the Labor Appellate Tribunal.
