KHAIR.MUHAMMAD versus GOVERNMENT OF SINDH
Question 11 of the Code of Conduct 1908, the judiciary, constituted the validity and legality of the documents questioned in relation to the principles of applicable perpetual matter, which were specifically sought by the courts in a pre-trial case. About which it was learned that the final decision had been made on a particular issue. Therefore, the same cannot be aggravated by the principle of re-judicial system, which is why subsequent proceedings for the same cause can lead to the same case being heard as in section 11, under the judicial decision in the first case. Should not be governed by the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
