Sindh Rented Premise Ordinance 1979 Sections 16 (2) and 21 of the West Pakistan General Clauses Act (VII 1956), section 9, did not comply with the temporary rental order of the court and the tenant's defense was dismissed. And a dismissal order was issued against them. The tenure of the calendar was to be submitted to the court on or before the 10th of each calendar month, Friday and Saturday the 10th and 11th were to be Friday and Saturday, which were closed holidays by the tenant on the first working day. Submitted on the 12th of the month. Delay in the submission of dues or the intentional disobedience of the tenant may be imposed or the tenant may deliberately disobey. No defect was taken by the tenant in view of section 9 of the General Clauses Act 1956. The remand was received on the aside and the case was re-submitted
