Sections 17 (1B) (LC) and (1A) West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VI of 1968), Section O15 Industries: Relations Ordinance (XXIJI of 1969), Section 25A Pakistan The employee of the Services (Rehabilitation) Act (LIII of 1952), Section 3 Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), Section 4 WAPDA shall be a public servant for the purposes of the Service Tribunals Act 1973 and, in addition to Section O 15, The provisions of West Pakistan are applicable. Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968, Terms and Conditions of Service and Complaints were to be taken before the Service Tribunal pursuant to the provisions of Sections 5 (1B) and (1C), West Pakistan Water. And under the Power Development Authority Act 1958, in respect of the employees of the Authority, the service approved under section 17 (1A) of the Act shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to remove or terminate this question under industrial relations. Special to the service tribunal in front of a court, tribunal or commission, under the Ordinance, 1969 or the Pakistan Compulsory Services (Rehabilitation) Act, 1952, or any other law. A jurisdiction has been granted, in which case this order may be suspended earlier.
