The evacuated property and IDPs Act (1975) Section 2 (2) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), underground respondents were allotted against their previously confirmed claims. However, later, the respondents (allies) were canceled without notice and the land was allotted to the applicants. Under which the land allotted to the applicants was canceled and the respondents were restored after finalization, the applicants were prevented from inquiring on its authenticity and against the restoration of the respondents. Also allowed to appeal appeals from any kind of complaints.
