MUHAMMAD HANIF versus MUHAMMAD MUSLIM
To prevent the tenants' defense, the Tenant Premises Ordinance 1979 section 16 (1) (2) requires the rental controller to submit monthly rent in the future on or before the specified date in accordance with the rental order approved by the tenant. The directive was made, but the tenant was deliberately failing to collect the rent. According to the evacuation request, the tenant's temporary rent order was not allowed in the case of miscellaneous rent after the temporary control order was passed, which was not permissible in connection with the central issue when the tenant was temporarily in compliance with the rent order. If unsuccessful, its defense was properly terminated.
