MUHAMMAD SHAFIQUE versus STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Sections 497 and 51 Prohibition (Enforcement) Order (4 of 1979), Article 3/4 guarantee, was made by police for the second time with a search grant made from a cloth worn by the accused. There was no provision in section 51, nothing was available on the CRPC record to determine why on the first search under section 551, the CCP alleged that the heroin recovery was not affected. And it looks like such recovery has more to do. Police because the initial FIR was registered under Section 242424/3 353, on the basis of PPC that the accused had challenged the police party's involvement in the matter, thus, further investigation. And accordingly he was admitted on bail.
