Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Constitutional petition was harassed by the police who is said to have divorced the applicant's ex-husband, allegedly harassing him by calling the police station. The petitioner's ex-husband divorced her cannot be determined in the constitutional jurisdiction because the matter falls under the jurisdiction of the Family Court, which was able to prevent the police officer from harassing the applicant as well.
