The Colonial Law of Punjab (Punjab) Act, 1912, 1912 section 10 year lease scheme applicant was allotted a state land of 84 kanals out of which he was given the property rights of only 11 kanal property, he was told Applicants are in possession of the lease. The aforementioned land tenure has been extended to a fixed period. The applicant was required to submit all arrears / liabilities, etc., from receipt of order. Applicant may apply for grant of property ownership rights under the free scheme under the orders of the courts dated 19 3 1995 for not extending the lease to the applicants.
