Arts 199 and 212 (2) Constitutional Petition Civil Service Post and Transfer of Government Employees In the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court under Article 212, Constitution of Pakistan, such matters pertaining to the terms and conditions of service of public servants came into special jurisdiction. ? Through the express provisions of Article 212 (2) of the Tribunal and the Constitution, the jurisdiction of the High Court does not have any evidence regarding the transfer of a public servant to Arts 199 and 212 (2) of the Petition to disclose the employee's misconduct or order. There is no evidence that it was without jurisdiction or quorum. The forthcoming transfer order can be challenged in the appropriate forum which can go in 511 questions and decide the case on merit. The constitutional application was rejected by the High Court.
