Applicants were within minutes of the meeting in which a decision was made to select the directors on the due date; the applicants did not object to the meeting minutes or the decision. As such, there was no locus standi for directors' candidates to challenge the selection of directors or to seek a temporary injunction against the joke. The Managing Director of the newly elected Directors was given the option to postpone / postpone the meeting so that the applicants participated in the postponement meeting and did not raise any objection to holding such meeting or agenda. Consequently, there was no challenge and the balance of facilities was not in favor of the applicants. Nor do they suffer irreparable harm, however, if the ad interim injunction was approved then the pre-approved ad interim injunction was again recalled to the respondent.
