The Pakistan Penal Code Sections 302/149 and 304, Part I came up with praise for the evidence but did not prove as the prosecution alleged that both sides encountered each other in the bus where the accused party wanted to recover the woman who complained. The donor was present with the party and this led to a situation which resulted in the death of one person and injuring some persons. Such a situation certainly gave rise to serious and abrupt provocations as well as the conviction of the perpetrators of the offense under Section 30302 as well as changed to Section 4304, Part I, under the circumstances of the PPC and its imprisonment. The sentence was reduced to seven years.
