The investigating officer, under the direction of his superiors, did not find any further evidence to be re-investigated, which was on the record of extremely illicit evidence, did not link the accused to the alleged drug recovery and any crime against him was likely registered in the case. Can't be done. The proceedings against the accused were to misuse the court proceedings in the circumstances and were terminated ccordingly.
