It was observed that during the interrogation of the case, it was not proved that the father of the accused who was initially cheated was acquitted on the evidence of alibi, the accused was also proved outside the city and he had tuberculosis. Was admitted to the hospital for treatment by which a supplementary challan was presented against the accused. The investigating officer, under the direction of his superiors, did not find any further evidence to be re-investigated, which was on the record of extremely illicit evidence, did not link the accused to the alleged drug recovery and any crime against him was likely registered in the case. Can't be done. The proceedings against the accused were to misuse the court proceedings in the circumstances and were terminated ccordingly.
