Section 42 Civil Code of Conduct (v. 1908), Declaration of Section 115 suit and consequent relief to property, judgment was granted in favor of the plaintiff and the trial court's order was affirmed. The appeal was filed after more than six months, although the defendant was aware of the court's decision about six to six months before filing the appeal, so clearly the time restriction was also banned. After doing so, the defendant was instructed to remove matters relating to the office of the High Court. Defective; within 2 days, Dandsout filed a review request and re-filed it approximately one year later, which was targeted by other provisions through section 115 (l), explaining every day of delay in the civil procedure code. But such delay was not to be named after that, including all government departments, where one party was out of time, the other party gained valuable rights that could not be stripped of every good reason and every day. The delay was required to be described satisfactorily, not every day was delayed. Explained, defendant was not entitled to condolences for the delay in the circumstances
