On the contrary, he insisted that he was a member's son. The college's non-teaching staff was entitled to enrollment, as it had higher scores than the respondents. The matter was not considered by the High Court; therefore, because of this he was denied injustice and his right to be admitted, the petition was granted leave of appeal.
