Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Sections 7 and 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Applicants The Registrar of the Trade Union Registrar Trade Union (Second) The Trade Union shall inquire and finalize that thereafter Is the fifth member of the union. Of the total laborers, that is, 20% of the entire establishment did not employ any such inquiry by the Registrar, the respondent was lodged in violation of the union law and without finding out that such union establishment 20% of workers have membership or not. Thus, the registrar of the trade union was registered by the trade union registrar in violation of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, directed to file a complaint in payment of his mandatory duty under Section 10, Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969. Gone, the Labor Court will find out whether the respondent was unlawfully registered or else e then pass the resulting order
