AMJAD ALI versus SHAH JEHAN
Section 5 of the West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 and the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 199 and 4 constitutional jurisdiction, affirmed the Family Court's order in an appeal related to the adoption of care for minor children from the Family Court. Went to where the tribunals were located. Neither the evidence nor the material evidence was ignored on the basis of misinterpretation of the evidence; the High Court will interfere with such finding in the exercise of constitutional jurisdiction. A court or tribunal may decide the matter incorrectly. Has no jurisdiction and if a court or tribunal has made a wrong decision in this matter, the world of such court / tribunal is considered to be outside of its jurisdiction - even if the High Court has any party. Notwithstanding this decision, neither party present before the court or tribunal must have the right of every citizen. The matter should be dealt with according to law.
