IDREES versus THE STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) Suspended Sections 426 (1A) (C) Sentencing Regulations (XLV of 1860), Sections 302 and 337A (i) did not decide the suspension of punishment within the legal period. The appeal filed by the accused against him has been pending and sentenced for the last four years but is still under section 426, section 4 (1) of section CR (A), (B) and (C). (1) The execution of the trial sentence was not suspended under cover. The PC was a rule that even within the legal period of these two years the accused's appeal was not dealt with, the trial court suspended his sentence and accordingly he was released on bail.
