MITHO KHAN versus MEMBER BOARD OF REVENUE
Under the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Articles 199 of the Government Land (Colony) Act 1912, Article 199 Constitutional application, the initial grant was in favor of the applicants who paid all the installments after which their name and nature. Accordingly the transfer order was issued. After taking over the land of the tribal land, the land in favor of the respondents in question was forcibly evicted from the sand forum owners. As was given to underground applicants who paid full rates. Until their occupation was disturbed by the Grant Board of Revenue, it remained in peaceful occupation, set aside to search for such fact and the grant was found fit and lawful in favor of the respondents. ? The evidence to be recorded by the Board of Revenue without Board Support, based on a duplicate grant by the Board of Revenue, was incorrect, was in fact wrong on its face and was not endorsed. The Revenue Record Petitioners acquired full ownership of the land in the payment of installments, and had acquired the status of a confessional member (order could not be settled) sustained by the inherent legal flaws in the Board of Revenue Law. And was declared to be without legal authority and had no legal effect.
