ZAMIRUDDIN versus GOVT. OF SINDH

Article 4 Constitution of Pakistan 1973 (1973), the object of appointment of Chairman of Article 199 Constitutional petition, was challenged by the textbook board on the grounds that his wife was registered with the textbook board as a publisher.
