CCCC Code of Order XXVII of the CPC Suite in Section 42 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Sections 79 and AXXVII, RR1, 2 and 3 of Pakistan (1973), section 42 of the Government Act. Arts 199 and 174 constitutional petition land, in another village, the vendor had adjusted in favor of the shopkeeper in return for his "right of return" in respect of the land, the vendor having registered such land through registered sale deed reports. Sold in favor of the applicant. The Revenue Officer and the record clearly indicate that such land was originally owned by the Forest Department of the Thala Development Authority, which suffered due to the order of adjustment. The Department of Forest and Riot's review of such an order by the transfer of the right to return to the couple in return for the couple was rejected by the Board of Rio. The Revenue Record of the underground land in question clearly shows that such land is neither owned by the b; the Forest Department nor the Department was in its possession. Such land records are without any Revenue Record. Was owned and adjusted legally against the vendor's claim as to the right of return. The applicant had correctly purchased the sink from the vendor. The Owner First Department had nothing to do with such land and the time filed by the Commissioner's appeal was barred, meaning more than two years and no delay was specified, although each was delayed. Specification is required, however, the Forest Department has also filed an appeal in violation. Sections79 and OAXVIII, RR1, & and3K
