SOOMAR versus MUHAMMAD PARIAL
The Special Relief Act 1877 Section 42 Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Arts 120, 14 and 91 Civil Procedure Code (VV 1908), Section 115, the declaration of sale is void and has no legal effect. 1908, as a Residential Article, shall apply to all cases where no specific period is barred, when the defendants have demanded that they reflect the influence of the sale, declaring it void. And has no legal effect. It is legally impossible to challenge this document to revoke it unless the deletion is attempted. Once the declaration is sought, canceling the documents will be fruitful and it was absolutely unnecessary to ask. Whether the cancellation of the registered sale deed was merely or is a sub-document for sufficient relief claimed by the claimant which did not have Article 120 but Article 91, the Limitation Act, 1908 would apply, the Appellate Court would, therefore, be erroneous. The plaintiff's case was banned. From time to time the case was remanded to the appellate court for judgment on merit issues.
