NAWAZ ALIAS NAZIM versus THE STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) Section 497 (1), Third Proviso Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302/324/109/34 was sought on bail pending a legal proceeding, the accused. He also had others with a gun-armed suspect, in this case, in front of a city court-appointed commission, when he was to visit the site that day, and in doing so, he not only forced the land into dispute. Failed court proceedings while attempting to seize. A fatal shot was fired on the victim, but he also fired on the prosecutor's witness and injured him. Such behavior of the accused made him a despondent person and brought his case under the provisions of the fourth provision to 5 497 (1). PC Bell was denied the accused under the circumstances.
