IRSHAD BIBI versus MEMBER, BOARD OF REVENUE
The High Court upheld the Board of Revenue's right to transfer vacant property and homeless persons (repealed) Act 1975, Article 2 of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3). It was directed to inquire who he was, before the full examination of the Board of Revenue was in the possession of the premises, and after a valid and re-examination of the records, it was concluded that the applicant had no entitlement. The Court found for reasons that the High Court no longer considered the documents. And the facts and conclude that the receipts presented by the applicant are related to another particular number and thus he misrepresented the facts even in the High Court before the date specified by the applicant. Was not in the custody of the defendant and, despite his dismissal in favor of the defendant, the respondent was dragged into litigation for more than 15 years. As a result there is no weakness or illegal action was identified by the High Court. Appeal leave was denied in the circumstances.
