ABDUL SATTAR versus STATE

Immigration Ordinance 1979 Sections 17 and 22 were found guilty of defining evidence that the defendants' prosecution of the retrieval of articles found to be guilty proved to be a false witness. Had no ulterior motive or made any allegation in his defense, nor did he make any statement under section 340 (2), CCP, which made a very strong assumption against him.
