The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 20 jurisdiction was not in the jurisdiction of the High Court's jurisdiction, respondents of the High Court against whom the claim for relief was also jurisdictional. Remained outside. The provisions of the Civil Court Rule 1908, as applicable to the Constitution Petition, Section 20, shall apply for the purposes of jurisdiction of the Civil Code, thus, it cannot find its remedy in a court against which neither the territorial jurisdiction can be found. Nor the respondents against whom relief was given. It has been claimed that the constitutional petition residing in its territorial jurisdiction was presented to the applicant for territorial jurisdiction.
