Couldn't get up The College Principal, with his recommendations, wishes to send the student's case to the higher authorities, in order to give him a last chance through the Grace Petition, though he himself was mistaken, having four opportunities available to him. Notwithstanding, the Examination, thus, under its extraordinary constitutional jurisdiction, no relief can be granted to any student by the High Court, as the citizen did not violate any essential right of the student. Can go, and no more. Laws violated by the authorities who did not raise themselves in an unfair, misleading, coercive or deceptive manner could not provide any relief.
