Section 4 Government Employees (Talent & Discipline) Rules, 1973, Rr 3 & 4 (1) (a) (i) The General Manager of Pakistan Railways was sentenced to impose an employee's censor and was censored Was fined. The fatal accident of the train that resulted in the death and injury of several people resulted in many injuries, seven charges and regular inquiries were made against the employee, but the Inquiry Officer said in his Inquiry Report Said he was acquitted of all charges. Not directly responsible for the accident The authorized officer did not agree with the Inquiry Officer and censored the censor saying that although he was not directly responsible for the accident, he was in charge of the operation as a whole and was reasonable Control and departmental capabilities were to be evaluated. And the employee of the divisional superintendent, who had direct control of the division in which the accident occurred, was acquitted of the charges. There was no action taken against and against the divisional superintendent whose scope had led to the accident. The employee was sitting as general manager at the employee headquarters and did not have direct control of the staff, the mistake of the divisional superintendent. Could not be held responsible for having direct control over the division. The action against which no action was taken was not justified against the employee when he had no base record of censorship against the employee, in which case he was separated.
