The deadline for submitting the forms for the examinations for the year 1992 was before the resolution was adopted, according to which the R12 was abolished and the contract was approved by the board when the valuable rights were given to the candidates after submitting the form. According to him, they were accused of checking. The present and its right cannot be taken away. The statistics gave the 1993 Annual Examination, they could not back down and claim privileges in their previous exams; they were also not empowered by any force. It was also not provided that the entitlement to the candidate on the basis of R12 would be lost if he later appeared on the exam, then the Examination Authority failed to identify any rules or rules on which the candidates were entitled. The claim for privileges can be denied to the fact that he had previously passed the 1993 Annual Examinations Board That was why other similar students were given privileged centers, no discrimination
