MUHAMMAD DIN versus MUHAMMAD AMIN
The Board of Revenue's Power of Review can be denied only if a new and important case or evidence was discovered that was not available on the last occasion, by the Scope and Review Member of the Section 8 Review. When the decree was passed or an order was issued for some reason. An error or omission appears on the face of the record, or for whatever other reason may not be available for any reason, but for legitimate reasons, a new and important case may be discovered. The face-to-face review of the record was limited and could only be requested on the grounds specifically provided for in the provisions of the law, and it would not be appealed for error, which could not be taken to the root of the matter. Should be ignored, but if the final outcome of the case involves the content of the error, then it may be grounds for review on which the request for review was not allowed. Investigating a new and important case or evidence, the High Court upheld the Board of Revenue's original order to be reviewed and restored.
