RAUFUL MULK versus MUHAMMAD SALEEM
Code of Conduct 1908 Section 149 Judicial Fees Reduction Appellate Office stated that court fees were properly paid by the appellant, but in the meantime, it was pointed out by the appellants that the appellant paid. The outgoing court fees have been reduced due to a change in the law. Submission of a timely grant to meet the reduction of judicial fees was submitted but the court refused to see that the non-payment of judicial fees was barred by the appeal and the appeal was dismissed, the court said. That the court fees have been paid correctly, if later court fees were reduced, a reduction should have been granted by the court, especially when there was no dispute and no timely court fees. There was a deliberate act of non-payment.
