Section 19 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Notification No. SRO 603 (1) / 73 dated 24 197 1973, in which prizes were offered to persons who had stolen customs duty information. The Duty Petitioner claimed that he was entitled to such award immediately after the information was provided by the Authority, however, it was claimed that the decision or action was taken before the authorities could be finalized. Only then will the prize money be paid. 24 197 According to the 1973 report, it was found that the information provided by a person should benefit the national exchequer in a material way, assuming that even the reward amount could be paid if he was off duty. The amount of money was not yet given to the government. Despite having been clearly discharged from wrong duty, a constitutional application for payment of the reward was filed prematurely, however, as per the notification of 24 197 1973, it would be entitled to pay the reward accordingly. If the conditions provided in the notification are satisfied and the amount in question, the constitutional application was filed before the government was unable to be maintained ahead of time
