The West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) ordinance ended the section Oz 1, 12 and 15 jobs of 1968, initially employed as a typist clerk, after three months as secretary of the Establishment Employment Personal Manager. For the first time after being fired, he was removed for absence. After his six-month tenure from duty, the employees were reinstated when they were served for more than 10 months after which his service was again terminated on the basis that his work. He was not satisfactory as a temporary employee and probationer, except that he was employed as a Typist Clerk permanently, admitting without any showings or any inquiry against the employee. And without changing his status, he was appointed Secretary of the Establishment's personal manager, where he served for more than 10 months. The witness, who worked continuously to the head, stated that the performance was satisfactory to the employee and there was no complaint that the dismissal of the employee made against him during his service was not permanent and temporary or probationer due to unstable service. And it was ridiculous without issuing any cause notices and no inquiries against it.
